Charles van Maarschalkerweerd Borg (born 1968) and Ron van Maarschalkerweerd Borg (born 1971) are partners both personally and professionally, having met in Amsterdam in 1992. Charles, a self-taught couture maker from a family of seamstresses, and Ron have built Charles & Ron into Malta’s leading fashion brand over the past 30 years, blending Mediterranean motifs with contemporary, timeless design
